Traditional Christmas Dinner : Roast turkey served with all the trimmings and cranberry gravy. Roast Beef : Tender slices of Scotchroast & Yorkshire Pudding served with all the trimmings and red wine gravy. Roast Salmon : Roast fillet of Salmon topped with pink peppercorn sauce and served with seasonal vegetables.
